GALLERY OF WORKS
Gallery 5, "Colors of the Heart" are some of my favorite images that I have
made over the years. Some were done in the studio using
a process known as "Light Painting". It is a process that involves
working in a fairly dark studio with the camera shutter
open, sometimes as long as 20 or 30 minutes. During this
time I will move around the set with a Fiber Optic Light
Pipe (hose) and place light where I want it on the subject; while
listening to a metronome I can keep track of exposure time
on different parts of the set.
Other photographs in this
gallery were done in the traditional way in the studio,
while others were done on location or during personal travel. I may in the future
expand on this color section if feed back is positive. In
any case I'm sure you will agree that it is a very different
kind of photographic work than that found in the "INTO
THE LIGHT, Faces of Peru" portfolios.
All Fine Art Prints are signed and dated with the date
of exposure and date of printing and produced from high
resolution Digital Scans of Camera Film or from high resolution
Digital Camera Capture. Prints are produced on Archival Quality
"Harman Fiber Base" paper, using the finest Carbon Pigment
and or Pigment based inks. Please see "ORDER DETAILS" for
more information.
